Studio Etiquette:

• Arrive on time for each class

• Instructor will have to lock front door before they begin

• Shoes left in entrance

• Sign in before class

• Place coat, keys and other belongings in change room

• Respect your neighbours belongings and practice

• Both the Hot and Warm rooms are silent

• No talking, cell phones, bags or purses

• Just yourself and your mat

• Water, towels and props only

• Please stay on your mat until your instructor says NAMASTE 

• Take short showers

• We have a reduce, reuse & recycle policy

• And most importantly have fun!!
