Healing the Past for the Present

Are you single this Valentine’s day? Or working through a difficult chapter?

Drop in and release off of the heart + chakras what is no longer serving you! Connect to the body and let go of that past relationship or current blocks. Opening up for self love that your heart desires. This Self experience will leave you feeling clear, as you allow blocks to lift and shift.

Tantra aims to use various techniques such as deep breathing, relaxation, connecting exercises to help drop you into reality to truly see, feel and experience the sensation in the body, senses and energy. Spending the evening tapping into your divine femeine energy but releasing the old.

A specialized playlist will be used, to deepen your connection to Self.

Nikki will guide you through a hand on moving meditation style Yin class. Including hands on somatic releasing that will allow the body to feel a higher vibration when you leave the mat. You will have tools to take with you, as you grow self awareness and increase body connection. Prepare to relax into bliss!

Come and relax in the warmth as you are given a more scientific based experience, through meditation and gentle movement. Great for people wanting to learn meditation, mindfulness and breath work. As you learn to connect to the body and dropping down the nervous system.

This is an hour of lowering the mind vs. deep states of meditation. Great for beginners or intermediate practitioners craving body connection. You will take home tools on how to incorporate meditation/body awareness into your self care practice.

Sound frequencies and brain wave states are discussed. Gentle movements with guided prompts are used to teach students the somatic practice of opening the cells in the body to create space.
